Futurebuild is proud to carry out projects on behalf of Knowlsey Council as part of the ambitious regeneration programme of the Kirkby Area. A notable project being Cherryfield Drive, bringing derelict retail units back in to use. This makes the units
valuable assets which can benefit the council and wider community.

Bensons - Straiton
Futurebuild has developed an excellent relationship with Bensons Beds, working with them on the fit out of 180 stores as part of Benson Beds national strategy. The Futurebuild team offer a turnkey service and working to strict timescales and budget can deliver high standards of quality.

Bensons - Speke
Working to a tight 6 week programme Futurebuild completed the project on time and in budget, with the new flagship store opening on time. Works included:

Futurebuild worked closely with Cube PSL to maintain the programme and provide the client with a build that met the original specification.
Premier Estates
Futurebuild is proud to have developed a first call relationship with Premier Estates. Working all over the Northwest carrying out various maintenance programmes on Premier Estates portfolio of properties including drainage, decoration, roofing and window replacements

Flannels - Liverpool
Futurebuild were appointed to this project by principle surveyors Cube Property Surveyors. Stretching 20 years, Futurebuild and Cube have worked on a number of large scale projects.
Phase One of the project was to create structural openings within solid concrete floors for lift shafts and services. This included the installation of new steel member beams connecting the existing steel columns, installed across six floors. Block walls were then formed to create the new lift shafts. In addition Futurebuild installed the the structural fabic to create the new openings for the escalators. Working with Kone the new slab edges were poured to specification. During the work Futurebuild were appointed to carry out work on the existing roof to remove old apertures. This involved the concrete infill laid to falls in preparation for the new roof coverings.
Phase Two of the project was awarded to Futurebuild as a result of the quality of work in phase one. Futurebuild were appointed to carry out façade work to the public facing elevations. Working with all stakeholders Futurebuild put in place a plan to deliver the work within the restrictions of the local authority around noise, hazards and air quality. Works included excavation and installation of stall risers to carry new glass, marble and sandstone facades.
